Cuinarem les crestes en una paella fins que estiguin una miqueta marrons, però sense que es cremin i desprès de retirar les crestes posem 300ml d'aigua a la paella i posem les crestes un altre cop. Sobre les crestes posem la nata fresca extra cremosa i el tomàquet concentrat i tapem la sarten. En teoria es deuria fondre i fer-se una única salsa taronja. Desprès de 35 minuts a foc lent està llest.
